Refund Policy:
Credit or refund only offered for returned items at your own expense, to Retold Recycling on a timely basis (within 30 days) and are in the same condition in which you received them. If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be forfeited.

Some times you may misplace items from your post, even if our tracking details say an order has been delivered. To that end, Retold will replace 1 x order for each customer a maximum of one time only.

About Retold Recycling

Founded by three partners passionate about sustainability, Retold is focused on convenient and accessible textile recycling for all.

After launching in 2020, Retold Recycling has already diverted 41 tons of textiles from landfill, living up to their obsessive mission #nolandfill. 

Each bag is compostable and biodegradable and the cost of shipping is included.

Once you buy your bag and get it home, simply fill it with your unwanted textiles. Then drop it off to USPS, shipping label comes pre attached, plus feel great that you have helped minimize landfill!

We have a lot of old clothing that are simply no account anymore. I thought about throwing them away, but I really hate that idea because I know they're just going to sit in a dump for all eternity. Then I came across Retold Recycling. I bought one to see how I would like it and as you can tell I loved it! This product is exactly what I have been waiting and looking for. I bought the pack of 10 bags so I can have them on hand and send in as I fill them up. With 2 young kids we always have pants with holes, old undies, stained shirts etc. It’s so easy to responsibly get rid of old clothes.

I helped my mom do a massive closet clear out and these Retold Bags were a lifesaver! The 10 pack was perfect for a multiple closet purge. We were able to fit so much in each bag - everything from bulky sweaters to old socks. Plus it was so convenient to be able to drop off all the bags at the post office.
